Man, after going to Val and Greg's wedding I have so many great ideas! They had this awesome thing called the Funky Photo Booth! It was a lot of fun. Guests were told to go get their pictures taken and then later (like before they left) to stop by the guest table and sign by their picture. But the pictures were also suppose to be funny.
They also had an awesome DJ! I will have to find out who did it because he actually got people out there dancing!
They also had some awesome places for pictures. They did pictures at the Hotel Monaco, the Utah Capital building, in front of the Wells Fargo building, and Union Station in Ogden. They were awesome! They were taken by Captured by Mikki!
Not only that, they had a great idea. Instead of doing the video of pictures, what they did was they had one of those digital picture frames and just put pictures of them with their friends and family on it. All you'd have to do is load them on to an memory card and plug it in the frame and its good to go! I think it was a genius idea!

Flowers
I may have found a blue flower... but we'll see. Delphiniums. They come in blue and they come in a light sky blue to a dark blue.

Quoting that webpage....
Some of the classic wedding flowers are not available in blue. These include calla lilies, tulips, gerberas, orchids, carnations, gladioli, anthuriums and roses. You can get artificially dyed roses from specialist suppliers. These are white roses that have been grown in a blue dye. But some people think that their vibrant color just doesn't look right.
You can get around this problem by the creative use of accessories such as blue ribbons and organza. You can also complement your blue wedding flowers with white varieties such as roses and calla lilies to give a more traditional feel.

Cameras
Instead of using the polaroids as a guestbook. I think I'd like to get a lot of polaroid cameras and just set them on the tables and let guests take pictures of things they think are cool. :) My only concern there is that they will take the pictures with them when they leave.
